Yes, the vendor is reliable. This is my first doll purchase and I have to say my experience exceeded my expectations. The cs team provides excellent customer service. They made sure my order was exactly what I wanted. Something was missing from my order but they got it right quickly. They sent me everything I needed about my doll from storage to cleaning.
