Yes, this is a trusted vendor. Communication was great from start to finish. I have a few questions before ordering. I’m having trouble processing my order. All sellers responded quickly and thoroughly. Then the communication from the email with the photos of the factory to my doorstep was excellent. It looks just like the pictures! I ordered my old dolls/doll heads from them after getting burned by other sellers in the store. They provide the best customer service I have found in this store.
